Who is responsible?
ANGELSWRITEZ operates this website and Halo community. For privacy questions, account-data requests or concerns, contact Angelswritez@gmail.com.
This notice describes the website as it works now. If paid services or providers change later, this page should be updated too.
What the site may store
- Your account email and authentication identity.
- Your Halo profile details, such as username, display name, avatar, bio, favorites and preferences.
- Things you choose to post or send: community posts, comments, boards, DMs, team-role applications, support messages, submissions and reports.
- Membership, free-preview, order or download records needed to give you access to digital content.
- Basic technical/security information produced by the hosting and authentication systems when the site is used.
- Some site preferences, such as music/player state or dismissed pop-ups, may be stored locally in your browser.
Why it is used
- To create and run Halo accounts and profiles.
- To provide community features, moderation, safety tools, support and team applications.
- To deliver free digital products and, if paid checkout is enabled later, paid purchases.
- To send account/service messages and optional site updates such as new blog posts or seasonal Halo news.
- To prevent abuse, investigate reports and keep the site working.
Providers
The website currently uses Hatchable for hosting, database, authentication and related app infrastructure. If payment checkout is enabled later, a payment provider such as Stripe may process payment information directly; ANGELSWRITEZ should not need to store full card numbers.
How long information stays
Account and community information is generally kept while your account is active or while it is needed to run the feature you used. The site includes account-deletion tools that remove app data. Some limited records may need to remain temporarily for security, dispute handling, backups or legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can edit many profile details yourself and request account deletion from your account area. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to ask what personal data is held about you, correct it, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or request a copy. Email Angelswritez@gmail.com for a privacy request.
If you do not want optional blog or seasonal update emails, contact that address and ask to stop those updates.
Public content
Community posts, public comments, display names and other public-facing profile information can be seen by other visitors according to the privacy settings available on the site. Do not post passwords, login codes, card details or private information you do not want shared.
This page is a practical website privacy notice, not individualized legal advice.
